FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
Catalyst MA-15:
- Optimal balance between physic-chemical properties and composition ensures efficient hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds in pyrolysis gas fractions within guaranteed service life of the catalyst;
- The catalyst shows high hydrogenation activity of unsaturated compounds within temperature range 40-150°C;
- The catalyst shows low sensitivity to carbon monoxide and sulfur containing impurities in the processed gas.

Composition:
γ-alumina-supported platinum
Catalysts AP-10R, AP-15R are designed for selective hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds in CCR products for production of aromatics. Catalysts vary in platinum content.
Low-platinum catalyst AP-10R is used for hydrotreated feedstock processing.

Catalyst PK-25:
- Distribution of active component over external surface of the catalyst ensures effective hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds in gas and liquid fractions of pyrolysis within a guaranteed service life of the catalyst;
- The catalyst shows high hydrogenation activity of unsaturated compounds in the temperature range 40-150°C;
- The catalyst shows high performance stability within long-term service life.
*After obtaining engineering data about hydrogenation plant operation, significant decrease of palladium content in the catalyst is possible (to 0.03wt.%).
