Pre-contract development

At the stage of pre-contract preparations, our technical experts make on-site visit to examine the plant for assessment of possible process parameters; and analyze physical and chemical composition of the feedstock processed.

 

Depending on the type of the feedstock processed, process priorities and parameters according to the operating procedure and unit features, assigned cycle time our experts will select the most effective catalyst system.

 

Generally, catalyst system in the form of catalyst package differing in application and performance is recommended for reactor loading:

 

-     Basic;

-     Auxiliary;

-     Protective.

 

Our team of specialists estimates the efficiency of the catalyst system for a specific unit and makes a forecast on the subsequent performance.
